What we collect

Draft, pending legal review before launch. It describes how the site is built today.

Counting visits without cookies

Our own tracker stores nothing on your device. A visit is counted with a hash of your IP address, your browser string and a secret that changes every day and is then thrown away, so nobody can follow you across days. Your IP address itself is never stored.

Your choices

Necessary (always on): Security, load balancing, remembering the consent choice itself.

Measurement (on, can be turned off): Our own cookieless tracker.

Marketing (off until you choose it): Meta Pixel, Google Ads, GA4 — not loaded at all before opt-in.

Chat memory (off until you choose it): KADI remembering a returning visitor.

Forms and chat

The report form asks for your name, email, company and what you need, plus a WhatsApp number if you choose to give one. Nothing else. The contact form asks for your name, email and message, and optionally your company and a topic; each message is kept as an enquiry so we can reply. If KADI's chat reaches its limit, it offers a short form for your email, and optionally your name and a WhatsApp number, so we can reply. Chat transcripts are kept for 90 days, then deleted unless the conversation became an enquiry.

Who processes data for us

  • Cloudflare (hosting edge, security checks)
  • Our AI model provider (KADI's replies)
  • Our email provider (sending reports)
  • Sentry (error reports, with personal data stripped)
  • Cloudflare R2 (file storage and encrypted backups)

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. We answer every request by email within 30 days.
