Growth & media buying
Paid media run as an engine, not a campaign: tracking set up properly, spend watched daily, and a written report in revenue, not clicks.
New visits per month: 50–60
We buy the media, build the website, and run the automation underneath: one team, one stack, nothing handed to a third party you never meet.
They are not packages. They are the three problems people actually arrive with, and which one we solve first depends on which is costing you money today.
Paid media run as an engine, not a campaign: tracking set up properly, spend watched daily, and a written report in revenue, not clicks.
AI agents and custom operating systems that take the repeat work off your team: bookings, replies, follow-ups and reporting.
Custom websites, stores and web platforms, built fast and wired for tracking from day one. You own everything we build.
Leads wait for a reply, bookings live in someone's head, the report is a screenshot. We take the work that depends on one person and put it on a system that runs while you are somewhere else.
Impressions and reach tell you a campaign happened. They do not tell you whether it worked. We take the harder number because it is the one you can act on, and because when it is bad, you should hear it from us first.
Each case opens into the whole story: what was broken, what we built, and what changed.

Your night, our stage.
The Concert · Events
The Concert puts on live nights, and needed a name that works on a ticket, a stage screen and a wristband without shouting. We designed the wordmark, the line “Your night, our stage” and a palette of olive, amber, black and white, delivered in seven colourways ready for every surface the brand will meet.

“We build your visions… with perfection.” One promise, two languages, every surface a contractor touches.
GAMA Construction · Construction
GAMA Construction, part of Triangle Group, needed an identity as solid as the buildings it puts up. We designed the logo, the colour and type system, the bilingual tagline and a 23-page brand manual, then carried it across two sub-brands, two pattern systems and every document a contractor hands a client.

From 5–10 new visits a month to 50–60, in a field where nobody browses.
A client (name withheld)
We have worked with this addiction-treatment centre since 2022. Rebuilding how it shows up in search took new visits from 5–10 a month to 50–60, brought around 1,800 calls from people asking for help, and carried the centre through a full relaunch under a new name.

Two reported weeks. About KD 250 in ads. Fifty-eight new patients through the door.
A client (name withheld)
A specialist dental clinic in Kuwait asked us one question: can paid media fill the chairs, and can you prove it? Across two reported weeks, about KD 250 of spend brought 58 new patients and, by the clinic's own count, roughly KD 24,000 in revenue. We now run its media-buying engine, and built an AI customer representative when the bookings outgrew the front desk.
Client names are shown with written permission. Figures are client-reported, dated, and taken from the case record. Where a client prefers not to be named, we show the work and withhold the name.
Most agencies talk about AI. We had to build ours first, because we needed it. What began as a personal assistant became the operating system the studio runs on.
A personal chief-of-staff agent built for one person: inbox, calendar, memory, a morning brief at seven. It proved an agent could hold real context and be trusted with real work, and that the hard part was never the model.
One agent became six, each with a job rather than a chat box. They learned to hand work to one another instead of waiting to be asked.
Shared memory, handoffs between agents, and one system a company can actually operate from, not six chat windows in a row.
Your website knows every visitor. Your store does not know any of them.
Website-style analytics for a physical store: footfall, paths, dwell time and zone conversion, plus screens that change with the room.
For business owners and leadershipWe run our own WhatsApp platform because we needed one.
WhatsApp for business on one platform: your numbers, campaigns to your own lists, and an API and webhooks for your CRM and AI agents.
For business owners and engineering teamsIt began as one assistant on one laptop. Today it runs inside 16 companies and the days of more than 80 people.
One AI operator with sixteen live specialists, running inside 16 companies and as a personal assistant for more than 80 people.
For business owners, leadership and engineering teamsStatus labels are accurate as written. We would rather tell you what is running than sell you a roster that isn't. See all sixteen
Strategy, engineering and production under one roof: the only reason the media, the system and the film can be made to agree with each other.
A partner studio and a venture, each doing what it does best. We would rather tell you who does what than pretend one team covers every discipline at the same depth.

Celia leads branding, design, social media, photo and video production and campaigns. We lead the build, the systems, the Google side and the media buying. On a joint project you get one plan and both studios at full depth, with no handover in the middle. Both teams work from SODIC Eastown, New Cairo.

An international technology expo in Cairo, being built as the door foreign companies use to enter Egypt: one contract, one contact and one invoice for the stand, the shipping, the stay and the paperwork. Aurex leads the vision, the platform and the campaigns, with partners on operations.

Every client system starts as something we broke internally. This is the notebook: experiments, benchmarks and the occasional joke at our own expense.

Paste a URL and we score four things: how fast it loads, how findable it is, whether the tracking is actually wired up, and whether an AI agent can read it well enough to recommend you.
