A specialist dental clinic in Kuwait asked us one question: can paid media fill the chairs, and can you prove it? Across two reported weeks, about KD 250 of spend brought 58 new patients and, by the clinic's own count, roughly KD 24,000 in revenue. We now run its media-buying engine, and built an AI customer representative when the bookings outgrew the front desk.

The clinic had a strong reputation and a quiet ad account. Its Instagram had around 18,000 followers but engagement close to 0.1%, and nothing connected a post or an ad to a booked appointment. The question it brought us was simple: can paid media fill the chairs, and can you prove it?

We started with measurement, not ads. Every route in, from the booking form to WhatsApp and the phone, was tracked, so each new patient could be traced back to the campaign that brought them. Only then did the budget go live: Google Search for people already looking for a dentist, and Meta for the treatments nobody searches for until they see them.

Across two reported weeks in May 2026, about KD 250 of media brought 58 new patients. The clinic reported roughly KD 24,000 in revenue from them: about ninety times what the ads cost.

Success brought its own problem. The front desk could not answer fast enough, and an unanswered message is a patient who books somewhere else. So we built an AI customer representative that replies in seconds, answers the common questions, and books the appointment or hands over to a person with a written summary.

Today we run the clinic's media-buying engine month to month: the campaigns, the tracking, and one report that puts spend, patients and revenue on a single page. The clinic stays unnamed here.
