From 5–10 new visits a month to 50–60, in a field where nobody browses.
A rehabilitation centre in Egypt: from a handful of visits to a full diary
A client (name withheld)
We have worked with this addiction-treatment centre since 2022. Rebuilding how it shows up in search took new visits from 5–10 a month to 50–60, brought around 1,800 calls from people asking for help, and carried the centre through a full relaunch under a new name.

Position for key searches
Families looking for addiction treatment do not browse. They search, often late at night, and they call the first place that looks like it will pick up. When we met the centre in 2022 it barely appeared in those searches, and it was seeing 5 to 10 new visits a month.
We rebuilt its presence around that moment. Google Ads on the searches families actually type. A website that answers the hard questions plainly and keeps the phone number one tap away. A Google Business profile kept current, so the centre shows up on the map with its doors open.
The centre climbed into the top three results for its key searches, and its ads held top-ten positions. Around 200,000 Google impressions a month turned into roughly 1,800 calls asking for help, and new visits settled at 50 to 60 a month.
When the centre relaunched under a new name, we carried the work across without losing the phones: a new identity, a new website with a full gallery of the facility, and campaigns that kept running through the change.
In this field discretion is the service, so the centre stays unnamed here. The numbers are its own.
